Kuwait KUCAS/TER/TIR certification program
The Kuwait Industrial Authority (PAI: The Public Authority for Industry) assesses and confirms The conformity of products imported into Kuwait.

1. All controlled products must obtain a certificate of compliance issued by an authorized agency of PAI before entering Kuwait to pass customs smoothly:

1. All specified products must comply with Kuwait National technical regulations or relevant international standards;
2. ICCP Certificate (CC) must be held with each export batch of specified products for customs clearance.
3. Stipulated goods without CC certificate upon arrival at the port of entry of the importing country may be rejected or subject to sampling testing. If they do not meet the requirements of the importing country, they will be ordered to return to the port of shipment, which will cause unnecessary delay and loss to the exporter or manufacturer.

The ICCP program provides three ways for exporters or manufacturers to obtain CC certificates. Customers can choose the appropriate method based on the nature of their products, the degree of compliance with standards, and the frequency of shipment. The CC certificate is issued by PAI Country Office (PCO) authorized by Kuwait.

2. If you are in accordance with the ICCP certification scheme, there are three forms:

1. Pre-shipment inspection (PSI) and pre-shipment test (PST).
2. Registration and pre-shipment inspection.
